2023 Rental Guidelines

Requirements

• Established account or credit card on file is required for rental of equipment

• Lessee must provide own insurance, Luxemburg Implement assumes no liability 

• Luxemburg Implement will fill the fuel tank full when equipment is returned if the customer has not done so. Lessee will be billed for fuel that is added to bring the tank to full. 

• Equipment rented must be clean upon return. Lessee will be billed at shop labor rate for cleaning of equipment. 

• Any required repairs as a result of abuse will be charged to the lessee.

Rate

• **1 Day is 24 hours and rate includes 8 hours of run time

• **Any run time over 8 hours will be charged $35/hour.

• Delivery is an additional charge

• Rental Charges will continue until the unit is returned to our lot or Luxemburg Implement has been contacted for pickup.

Securing daily rate and avoiding overage

• When the machine rental has ended, take a picture of the hour meter and send it to 920-845-2929 to avoid being billed overage or an additional day. Failure to send a picture of the  hour meter may result in such charges.

Tire and Track repair is lessee's responsibility
